An estimate from 6 of the 39 movement families the app scores. Harder skills such as the front lever, planche and weighted pull-ups open the upper tiers. In the app, a placement test sets your real starting rank.

How the ladder works

Your rating is the sum of your best result in every movement family. Each family pays out at fixed milestones, so the only way up is a real new best.

  1. Take the placement test

A short assessment of what you can do today places you on the ladder.

  2. Train and log it

Log reps, holds and weighted sets. Your last session sits beside every set.

  3. Hit a milestone to climb

Cross a milestone and your rating rises. Repeating a result never adds rating.

Pull-up milestones

Your best set earns the points for the highest milestone it reaches.

  1. 129
  2. 557
  3. 1086
  4. 15114
  5. 20143
  6. 25171
  7. 30200

Questions

How does my rank go up?

Record a new best that crosses a scoring milestone. Logging workouts helps you get there, but training volume on its own doesn’t raise your rating.

Do I need to be advanced?

No. The placement test finds your starting point, and every movement has easier progressions, so there’s always a next milestone within reach.

Why is my estimate here different from the app?

This page scores 6 movements. The app scores 39 movement families and places you with a full assessment, so your real rating is usually higher.

What’s free?

Ranks, personal records, workout logging, leaderboards, streaks and the basic Rank Test are free. Pro adds plans and deeper analysis.
