Provider details

The provider’s full details (name, address and, once registered, business information) will be published here before the app launches or anything is sold.

App store purchases

Ranked Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The applicable store is the seller of record and handles payment, billing, VAT, cancellation and refunds under its own terms.

Consumer dispute resolution

For consumer complaints, contact us first at the email above. You can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or the consumer authority where you live.

Reporting illegal content

To report content or an account in the app, use Report on the post or profile. You can also email [email protected] with a link or the username and a short explanation. We review reports and tell you what we decided where we can.
