These terms apply from the app’s launch.
Using the app
Ranked Calisthenics provides calisthenics workout logging, capability tracking, game ratings, ranks, leaderboards and progression tools. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the app lawfully.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Ranked Calisthenics. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age. We delete accounts that we learn belong to someone younger.
Fitness and safety
The app does not provide medical advice. Exercise involves risk. Ratings, milestones, suggested progressions and plans are game and training tools, not medical assessments or guarantees. Use appropriate equipment and supervision, progress within your ability, stop if you feel pain or illness, and consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing exercise when appropriate.
User information and acceptable use
You are responsible for workouts, performance results, notes, profile information and other material you submit. Do not impersonate others, manipulate rankings, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, abuse other users, or attempt unauthorized access. The developer may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
Reporting and blocking
You can report a post or an athlete from the app, or email [email protected]. We review reports, aiming to respond within 48 hours, and may remove content, reset results that break these terms, or suspend accounts. Where we act on your account or content, we tell you why and how to respond. You can block any athlete: blocking removes follows between you, removes them as a rival, and hides each of you from the other’s feeds, follow lists, search and suggestions. Public leaderboards still show every ranked athlete so positions stay accurate.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Ranked Pro is sold through Apple App Store or Google Play as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The purchase screen shows the localized price, billing period, renewal terms and any eligible introductory trial before purchase. Payment is charged by the store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store. A lifetime purchase is charged once, does not renew, and unlocks Ranked Pro for as long as the service offers it. Deleting a Ranked Calisthenics account does not necessarily cancel store billing. Manage cancellation, refunds and subscription settings through Apple or Google under their applicable policies.
Intellectual property
The application, branding, original interfaces and service content are owned by or licensed to the developer. These terms grant a limited, personal, revocable right to use the app. They do not transfer ownership.
Account deletion
You can initiate permanent deletion from Menu → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes access and associated personal app data, subject to any limited retention required by law or legitimate security and financial-record obligations. Store subscriptions must be managed separately.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Rankings and scoring rules may be rebalanced. The developer does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular athletic outcome.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not responsible for injuries, losses or damages caused by unsafe exercise, inaccurate user submissions, third-party services, or misuse of the app. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Final limitations and governing-law terms require legal review for the developer’s jurisdiction.
